Job Responsibility Food Serving Service Provide friendly service and quality customer assistance. Have a good knowledge and understanding of the menu and can give suggestions to customers. Enter the order into the POS system and perform the appropriate payment process. Handle orders through the Delivery Providers system according to the company\'s SOP. Ensure the dining room is always clean and orderly. Serving food and drinks according to customer orders with a positive attitude. Receive complaints calmly and be able to resolve them with a professional attitude according to company guidelines. Food Preparation Service Ensure the workplace is always clean and orderly. Prepare food ingredients according to the company\'s SOP. Store ingredients according to food safety regulations. Assist in inventory monitoring. Clean the kitchen equipment and store IT in a designated place. Other According to the instructions given by the Head/Supervisor. Clean the entire store regularly. Assisting in the purchase of shop essentials. Job Requirements Candidates have at least SPM or equivalent. Candidates with F&B experience are welcome to apply. Fresh graduate / Candidates with no experience can also apply. Training provided. Have an interest in food preparation and serving. Can communicate in Malaysia and English well. Punctual and disciplined. Honest and responsible. Able to perform tasks according to SOP and company standards. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work in a team and able to follow instructions. Can work according to shift (morning/afternoon/night) including Sundays. Encouraged to have own vehicle.
