Job Details

Position: Kitchen Crew
Salary: RM1,700 - RM1,800
Working Hours: Tuesday - Sunday (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Flexible Hours)
Rest Day: Monday
Location: No. 1-D, Lorong 9, Taman Sungai Lalang 1, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah

We are seeking a Kitchen Production Staff who is passionate about food preparation, quality, and teamwork.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

1) Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
2) Ensure all ingredients and materials are properly stored, labeled, and rotated (FIFO system) to maintain freshness.
3) Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.
4) Support daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, stock checking, and replenishment.
5) Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager.
6) Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
7) Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
8) Assist in packing and labeling products for delivery or sales when required.
9) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

1) At least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations, F&B, or food production (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
2) Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
3) Able to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
4) Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
5) Willing to learn and grow with the company.
