The Kitchen Crew is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes. Production Kitchens are responsible for the receiving, storing, organizing, distributing food and supply items. Preparation of daily mise en place.
Job Responsibilities: - Operations
Prepare, cook and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
Assist in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
Maintain good knowledge on standard food preparation through training by immediate superior/ manual provided by the company
Execute any other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
Cooking Preparation
At least a technical certificate in Culinary Art/ Baking / Pastry or any related fields
At least 1 year of experience working in the Food and Beverage industry. (Kitchen)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
