Lead, motivate and supervise the kitchen team and have full responsibility for the food and kitchen item.
Maintain high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding dinners\' expectation.
Need to have knowledge and focus on profit and loss.
Responsible to order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
Responsible to maintain and improve the kitchen standards and staff training programs.
Ensures proper scheduling of staff in accordance to the expected workload.
Ensures proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assets and goods.
Manage the entire kitchen operation with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & practices, staff training & development in consistency manner.
Prepare and review SOP related to kitchen management and food preparation.
Need to support Ad Hoc task for time to time.
