Royal Selangor is looking for passionate and service-driven individuals to fill the role of a full-time kitchen crew. You will be reporting to the cafe manager and be stationed at The Caf\xc3\xa9, located within the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre, Setapak Jaya, Kuala Lumpur.About the Full-time Kitchen Crew Role:As a kitchen crew member, your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, and overall cleanliness of The Caf\xc3\xa9s kitchen and storage areas. The position requires you to multitask.Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for all food preparation, production and serving arrangements in accordance with the approved recipes, guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform all necessary cleaning duties and ensure that kitchen and workstation are clean and properly sanitized at all times.
• Food preparation: washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
• Handle food, kitchen appliances and utensils properly and ensure they are in good condition.
• Other ad-hoc duties requested by the management.

Key Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM certificate, Professional Certificate and/or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm while multitasking, follow instructions, and work independently.
