Job Description

Position Summary:

Assist in general kitchen operations including preparing ingredients, cleaning workstations and utensils, supporting cooks/chefs, and maintaining hygiene and stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, cut, and prepare basic ingredients Assist in food plating, portioning, and presentation under supervision Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils Receive, store, and rotate kitchen supplies and stock Ensure proper waste disposal and compliance with food safety and hygiene practices Support the cooking team during peak hours and assist with general duties as needed Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements:

SPM or equivalent preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply No experience required; candidates with F&B experience are preferred Able to work on shifts (including evenings, weekends and public holiday) Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety is an advantage Physically fit, a good team player, and willing to learn
