Check all kitchen tools and equipment are in working order and inform any malfunctioning to the chief cook immediately.
Check cleanliness and pottering of the service area and equipment.
Clear, wash and service all table and eating utensils
Assist in movement and storage of raw materials and equipment
Assist the cook in preparation of food items for cooking
Perform any other task assigned by his superior within the scope of the job.
