Prepare and cook menu items to cafe standards and recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas
Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating during busy service times
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Receive and store deliveries properly to maintain freshness and quality
Work efficiently as part of a small, friendly team
Support smooth kitchen operations and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred (training provided for the right person)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Availability for weekend and morning shifts
