Key Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen operations, food preparation, and portion control to maintain quality standards.
Enforce strict hygiene and safety practices, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor equipment condition, plan maintenance, and manage repair costs effectively.
Plan ingredient usage and verify the quality and quantity of all incoming supplies.
Support cost control initiatives and maximize kitchen output without compromising quality.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Kitchen Supervisor
,
Chef de Partie
, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Basic computer or kitchen system proficiency is an advantage.
