Monitor kitchen production and workflow
Ensure all dishes meet quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
Ensure kitchen crew compliance with food handling and sanitation regulation
Conduct regular inspection of workstation, storage and equipment.
Track the inventory record and coordinate with purchasing to maintain stock levels.
Menu and recipe support by maintain recipe standards and ensure kitchen crew follows SOPs.
Handle kitchen issues calmly and professionally during peak hours.
Communicate effectively with the service crew to ensure timely and food delivery.
Able to cook traditional malaysian food
Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality
Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred
1-2 years
of work experience in kitchen or F&B operations.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards.
Good leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Passionate about cooking, quality and teamwork
Able to lift heavy items.
Willing to work shifts, weekend and public holiday.
Education:
STM/STPM (Preferred) or Diploma
Experience:
Kitchen Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
