Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Set up the clinic before operations begin
2. Greet patients with a smile
3. Assists patients to fill in their paper work
4. To serve patients drinks and snacks
5. Maintain dental clinic’s cleanliness and image
6. Proper knowledge of dental instruments and set up these instruments for dental treatment
7. Assist the dentist during his dental treatment, such as saliva suction and 4 handed dentistry
8. Treat patients with care during dental treatment
9. Disinfection of the dental chair
10. To learn all the dental procedures steps and the materials
11. To undertake certain task for lab work (Pouring dental cast)
12. Help prepare the lab forms for lab work and contact the respective labs
13. To answer the phone promptly
14. Dispense drugs and give oral care instructions after each treatment
15. Be able to answer patient’s enquiry
16. Help patient set their next appointment
17. Make sure the house maid cleans the clinic properly

Requirement
1. Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
2. To be able to accept critique and learn from it.
3. To be punctual to work
4. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
5. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
6. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
7. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
8. Has a High School/Diploma/Degree
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.

Salary: RM2000 - RM2500
