UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly set up technology centre located in Kualaza Lumpur as part of UOB Group Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.

About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible to lead, manage and operationalize InnoHub 2 Tech Launch Pad program. The scope includes working with domain leads to develop new Knowledge Management curriculum for delivery team and making sure the program is relevant and aligned with the UOB standard of business/technology requirement. You will be also drive the continuous improvement program for KM and making sure each of the improvements are being implemented within each domains and team. The Launch Pad intends to cross pollinate delivery best practices between the teams and foster greater collaboration.

• Lead knowledge transfer program for InnoHub 2 Delivery team
• Design, implement and track Knowledge Management curriculum - work with Domain leads & KM Point of Contact by setup a KM governance process to ensure the curriculum are based on UOB standard of business/technology requirement, Perform analysis on KM programs for accuracy, accessibility and relevance
• Drive continuous improvement program, Identify and implement improvement opportunities to alleviate quality, efficiencies and approach to the KM framework
• Work with delivery team to Identifying knowledge gap within delivery implementation & processes and come up with a plan/process to rectify
• Provide management level reporting (e.g. dependencies, risk and issues) to Head of Delivery and equivalent

Job Requirements

• 8 -10 years of experience in Delivery Process, Knowledge Management or equivalent is preferred
• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical/business field or equivalent experience
• Background in Knowledge Management/Process, Delivery Operations & Project Management is good to have
• Good understanding of delivery lifecycle especially in Banking Industry
