Then read on.About the RoleThis position will collaborate with key stakeholders from the Australia and New Zealand Operations team to initiate and deliver Knowledge Management projects, initiatives and changes/ enhancements.Are you ready to be part of an exciting movement that is shaping a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone?   • Assist in administrative tasks and support the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Assist respective teams in reporting, data analysis and case management.
  • To be able to own, simplify or automate reports, trackers and other tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SME across a wide range of departments on any possible process improvement/automation.
  • Lead the process engineering in collaboration with respective stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service quality are met.
  • Support implementation of any other initiative that is assigned to the Knowledge Management team.
  • Successful execution of assigned projects as per the stipulated timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Help build and maintain world-class operational processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the team in driving customer engagement and building meaningful connections.
Secondary Roles
  • Document all relevant operation processes eg: SOP, bulletins, reports, trackers
  • Establish and ensure the standard operating templates are consistently used for process documentation
  • Design change management plans, programmes and communication to ensure effective roll out of changed processes.
  • Partnership with SME in respective teams for upskilling support, including OJT checks.
  • Able to provide support in above mentioned roles and responsibility and uplift team leaders\xe2\x80\x99 role on staff development and conversation.
  • Internal (80%) \xe2\x80\x93 bi-weekly/ monthly meetings with respective team leaders, monthly meeting with team, 1 on 1 conversation with own\xe2\x80\x99s team manager and progressive or updates on OSS\xe2\x80\x99 strategy deliverables with HoD.
  • External (20%) \xe2\x80\x93 Progressive or ad hoc catch-up session with business partners on any reporting related item
  • Forward thinker in anticipating the potential problem that may arise and provide proactive solutions promptly
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in MIS, VBA and Microsoft Excels
  • Following Australia working calendar.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication abilities to work together with individuals both within and outside the organization.
  • Strong determination and motivation to achieve personal and team objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and compete under strict deadlines.
  • Openness to learn new ways of automation.
