Qualifications:
Korean National living in the Philippines
Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
Open to undergraduates
Conversational English
With relevant work experience is an advantage
Can start working on March - April 2022
Responsibilities:
Drive and motivate team members to meet required results and provide excellent performance
Oversee performance of team members and monitor improvements
Resolving complaints or 2nd level escalations and providing most effective solutions
Respond to customers concerns through email, chat and messages promptly
