Qualifications:
- Korean National living in the Philippines
- Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
- Open to undergraduates
- Conversational English
- With relevant work experience is an advantage
- Can start working on March - April 2022
- Drive and motivate team members to meet required results and provide excellent performance
- Oversee performance of team members and monitor improvements
- Resolving complaints or 2nd level escalations and providing most effective solutions
- Respond to customers concerns through email, chat and messages promptly
