Korean National located abroad
Open to Malaysian national proficient in Korean language
Open to undergraduates
Conversational English
With relevant work experience is an advantage
Can start working on March - April 2022
Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries from Korean customers regarding product information
Provide language support in Korean through phone, chat and email
Explain efficiency products and services to Potential and Existing clients
Maintain system and tools are properly handled and customer information are accurate
