Qualifications:
- Korean National located abroad
- Open to Malaysian national proficient in Korean language
- Open to undergraduates
- Conversational English
- With relevant work experience is an advantage
- Can start working on April 2022
- Answer inquiries from Korean customers regarding product information
- Provide language support in Korean through phone, chat and email
- Explain efficiency products and services to Potential and Existing clients
- Maintain system and tools are properly handled and customer information are accurate.
