Job Description

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from suppliersIn charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedulesTo check purchase invoice in details including product specs, costing and calculation.Monitor and prepare stock report to highlight the low stock level and slow-moving stocks.Maintain updated records of invoices and liaise with Finance departmentAssist on administrative work and filingProvide all administrative support in day-to-day office and business operations activities to ensure smooth running in support team operations.Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirement
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Studies.At least 1 year experience in related field.Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.Experience in Auto-count system will be added advantage.Systematic, discipline and positive working attitude.Self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently and as a team player.Possess high level of integrity, analytical, work ethics and attention to details.Able to work under-tight deadline, multitask in a fast-paces environment and minimum supervision.Preferably able to communicate in English.
