Job Overview
We are looking for a
KYC / KYB Analyst
withbasic
Portuguese language proficiency
to support customer and business verification processes. This role focuses on reviewing documents, validating information, and ensuring compliance with KYC/KYB requirements. No advanced academic qualifications are required--candidates must be able to read and write Portuguese at a standard level.Key Responsibilities
Review and verify customer (KYC) and business (KYB) documents in Portuguese Validate information against internal systems and compliance guidelines Perform basic checks on identity, company registration, and supporting documents Flag incomplete, inconsistent, or suspicious information for further review Maintain accurate records and documentation of verification results Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely case resolution
Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Able toread and write Portuguese
at a standard level Basic understanding of written English is an advantage No high academic qualification required (SPM / Diploma / equivalent is acceptable) Comfortable working with documents and computer-based systems Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Willingness to learn KYC/KYB processes and compliance standardsJob Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
