Job Description
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid (3 days in office @ Mercu2, Bangsar + 2 days WFH)Contract Duration:
3-6 months (renewable based on performance & business needs)Working Hours:
5-day work week (including weekend shifts) 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Job Scope:
Collect and verify seller documents (identity, business registration, etc.) for KYC compliance. Conduct due diligence and background checks to detect risks or potential fraud. Respond to customer/seller inquiries related to KYC. Support fraud prevention processes and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Requirements:
Open to fresh graduates (training provided). Good communication skills (spoken & written). Detail-oriented, objective, and able to identify red flags. Experience in Fraud/Customer Support/Operations is an advantage.
