Job Description

Key Responsibilities

oSupport the extraction, compilation, and analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other performance metrics for group reporting.

oWork closely with the team to prepare consolidated accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as contribute to the preparation of the annual report.

oMonitor and coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.

oAssist in preparing management reports and financial presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

oSupport corporate tax matters and ensure timely compliance with relevant regulations.

oManage accounts closing for dormant companies, including the preparation of related reports and statutory documentation.

oLiaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and other relevant authorities.

oHandle ad-hoc assignments and financial projects as required by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

oA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are highly regarded.

o2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting; group accounting experience is an advantage.

oStrong command of English, both written and spoken.

oFluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.

oAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial formulas.

oExcellent analytical and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.

oA positive work attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
