Job Description
We are seeking an
L1 Production Support Analyst
with strongUnix and SQL
skills to provide first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for critical applications. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT production environments and be willing to work in a shift-based support model.Responsibilities
Monitor application alerts, jobs, and system health. Provide first-level investigation and resolution of incidents. Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as required. Execute basic Unix commands and SQL queries for issue diagnosis. Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures. Ensure adherence to SLA and timely communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
Good experience of
Unix/Linux commands
.Ability to write and execute basic
SQL queries
.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work in a
24x7 shift support environment
.Good communication and coordination skills.
