Technical Solution Consulting:
Provide expert advice and solutions for technical issues related to server and storage systems.
Recommend and implement best practices for system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to enhance performance.
Communication:
Deliver support through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat tools.
Clearly articulate technical information to on-site engineers at IEIT, ensuring comprehensive understanding and resolution of issues.
SLA Adherence:
Ensure that support services are delivered within the agreed-upon SLA timeframes as set by IEIT.
Maintain meticulous records of support interactions and resolutions to ensure strict adherence to IEIT's SLA requirements.
