Developing, maintaining and supporting the system and network infrastructure, including hardware and system components. 2. Planning and performing installation, maintenance and support of network and system as well as providing end user support. 3. With computer network experience like switches & MS AD router, switch & FW and OS like MS & Linux servers. 4. Performing issue analysis for incidents and developing preventive measures. 5. Conducting research and case studies on new technologies and solutions. 6. Analyse and provides feedback on product strategy. 7. Designing, implementing & ISC cabling systems. 8. Develop and continuously improving the IT infrastructure and ISC operations process. 9. Oversee the overall ISC Level 1 Operations including customer handling, incident handling and day-to-day routines tasks. 10. Work on the overall ISC Operations & IT Operations to comply with the compliance standards including internal auditing. 11. Work on internal & customer projects to meet the technical requirements, budget & schedule by working with internal department staffs, vendors & customers. 12.
