Provide application and technical support as Level 2
Liaise with development team to track bug fixing and ensure deliveries are on target.
Carry out application test checks of specific functionality.
To be involved in project to understand product change request.
Troubleshoot the system when issues arise.
Test the changes against the user requirement.
Qualifications:Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment is advantage.
Familiar with banking applications like Core banking, payments, treasure, fraud/compliance, parameter management is advantage.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
