Job Description

Responsibilities:

Log accurately customer incidents, resolve complex enquiries and provide a high level of service Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies and methods of support delivery, in order to improve the solutions to users Handle small software deployment projects
Requirements:

Fluent English and Thai Languag

e (Written and Speaking) Experience with remote control tools Ability to identify the needed part replacement and/or bug fix Deep knowledge of some more specific topics such as AD, accounts, etc.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
