Job Description


Type of Role: Application Maintenance/ Production Support (L3)

  • Troubleshoot
  • Able to operate in multitask requests
  • Managing Warranty Period in previous job experience
  • Responsible for meeting all application support SLA\xe2\x80\x99s within Tech Business Enablers application systems.
  • End-to-end responsibility for all defects, including root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
  • Executes application support strategies from Incident to Problem Management within Tech Business Enablers application systems.
  • Collaboration with other pillars to drive and facilitate collaboration across support teams for sharing of best practices.
Server/Database: MariaDB Language: Java Springboot OS: RHEL (or other equivalent Linux distro like SUSE Linux) Others:
1. Experience in modern Java microservice technology stack: Spring Boot, Kafka, ORM Framework (eg: Hibernate)
2. Skill in Kafka -- equivalent message queue is also acceptable
3. Unix/Linux Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
