1. Collect and testing all incoming raw material for plywood 2. Prepare and record incoming sample for plywood 3. Perform testing for formaldehydes emission 4. Preparation for laboratory test report for audit purpose 5. Performing laboratory test for daily and request sample 6. Prepare daily testing report 7. Record, organize and filling for audit 8. Prepare sample, document and data for audit 9. Check all the certificate and due date for every product and equipment
