Key Areas of Responsibility
- Help the Tech. Manager and Chemists in product trials related to technical support, product development and modification.
- Help the Chemists and QC operative during a QC shift.
- Help the Sample Maker in sample preparation, cleaning, labelling and packaging.
- Comply with the requirements of Fosroc test methods and relevant QC specification.
- To follow the technical procedures manual in order to ensure compliance with ISO 9002 and ISO 14001
- Adhere to safety procedures in-line with the company\'s HSE policy.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in the laboratory.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in relation to HSE so as to ensure not only the safety of the worker but of other employees and the site.
- Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment is worn when required as part of the job

- Laboratory Manager, QC Chemist, Technicians /Lab Assistants, Sample Maker, Technical Manager
- Team Leaders, Shift Supervisors

- Staff of other Operating units
Essential
- Good Housekeeping skills
- Good awareness of HSE
- Good Communicator
- The jobholder must hold Diploma or min SPM passed or equivalent certificate from a recognized institution. Good grasping power and good IQ level is essential
- Must be a team player
- The job requires an individual with interest in development works and good interpersonal skills.
