Job Description

Chemical Testing Unit

1. Ensure that the parameters of In-coming Latex and Chemicals are within our specified standard.

2. Ensure that the parameters of compounded Latex and Chemicals at Compounding stage are tested accordingly and were buy-off for production release within its specified control limit.

3. Ensure that the parameters In-process Latex and Chemicals at dipping lines in Production stage are tested accordingly and were buy-off for gloves production within its specified control limit.

4. Ensuring that no non-conforming products are bring use, unless they are proper reviewed and approved by the highest position in the organization or his/her designee.

5. Ensure all the inspection and test records are properly maintained.

Glove Testing Unit

1. Responsible to monitor and manage testing involved in semi-finished and finished goods.

2. Ensure the parameter is as per product specification or as per customer requirement.

3. Ensure Physical Properties, Powder Content & Powder Residue, Protein Content, Moisture Content, Durability and Swelling Index test are properly conducted per documented procedure.

4. Responsible to attend inspection by customer on finished goods.

Calibration Unit

1. Responsible in carry out the external calibration and internal verification works for all the equipment that being registered.

2. Responsible to schedule and arrange equipment that is beyond the capacity for external calibration.

General Task

1. To ensure that only the latest issue and revision of documented procedures are being used.
2. To maintain the cleanliness and the safety at the work place.

3. Responsible to the general laboratory activity, authorities for buy-off and coverage as and when needed.

4. To observe the company rules and regulations.

5. Provide full support on quality matters to Production Department and Compounding Department.

6. Ensure the Quality Plan is meet in daily laboratory usage.

7. Responsible for a proper chemical's preparation for laboratory usage.

8. Responsible in ensuring all the testing carry out in the laboratory are following the correct methods.

9. Carry out the training for his/her subordinates.

10. Conduct data analysis.

11. Responsible for Company's Policies and Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 13485 & ISO 9001.

12. Responsible for Safety's Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH & SMS), ISO 45001.

13. Responsible for Environmental Policy and Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001.

14. To carry out any task assigned by the Main Laboratory Manager or his/her superior as per specified in the latest company organization chart.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science or Rubber Technology or minimum Diploma holder in science.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant sector.

3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Initiative, motivated and committed, able to work independently.

6. Ability to organizing works and result oriented.

7. Good discipline and pleasant personality.

8. Knowledge in operation, systematic and problem solving approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
