Building the workforce of the future...Today. We invite you to be part of our team! Ensure that Microbiology Labmeet Regulation, ISO17025 Accreditation, Customer\'s requirement. Responsible to ensure implementation of ISO017025 including but not limited to Proficiency for Microbiological Testing Validation of Analytical Methods for the Detection of Microbial Pathogens Perform method verification for Accredited tests Culture maintenance log & performance check on receiving media Responsible for lab environment and facilities is clean and suitable for microbe test compliance including and not limited to Pathogen testing Environmental monitoring program To assist monitoring of Lab Quality Objectives, documented clearly to ensure retrievability Annual review of Lab document Annual review of Approved supplier list DVS Lab report review (Microbe, drugs residue, pest residue), take corrective actions if out of specification Internal Microbe results review, and take corrective actions if required. Preparing To train, supervise and verify test/process performed by staff and review testing/calibration results, and received material COA. To schedule, conduct, communicate with relevant departments and external lab including but not limited to lab charge for external request test (sister\'s company), supplier quotation, Purchasing PR/PO, and GRN records for Microbe lab. To conduct annual training on test, equipment verification, recording, general training. Assist in prepare the COA for internal & external customers, and DPP customer. To verify samples that are sent to the external lab refer Sampling and sampling plan. Manage any ad hoc tasks as required by superior. Qualifications Degree/Master in Microbiologist, Food Science or Food Technology, any related course. At least 2 years working experienced in laboratory.
