Carry out daily internal test proximate analysis. Reporting daily lab test results to superior. Assist in monitoring and updating lab chemical and consumables stocks including buffer quantity and to request chemical restocking to Officer, Quality. Scheduled waste at lab is well managed, scrubber record in place and reporting monthly scheduled waste (production & lab amount) to superior and ensure everything is in orderly manner. To monitor and advise results for quality checking routine task for finished goods especially in particle size distribution, colour matching & comparison, leaching, sinking, water stability and bubbling test. To handle Air-jet siever machine. Trouble shoot any problem on particle size result (particle size is crucial monitoring for Syaqua manufacturing). Cross-check Controller, Quality record in handling the test based on specification, to gain accurate data, do compile report and do update data for trend analysis. Assist in handling sampling of incoming raw materials, cross- checking of specifications and COA's and reporting to Officer, Quality if there is any problem. Perform moisture test upon arrival of raw materials. Assist in daily preparing sample to external lab, prepare cover letter and packing sample for third party lab. Support R&D for product development Any ad hoc task from superior.
