Sales and Marketing

\xc2\xb7 Grow target accounts and consistently build telesales accounts\' pipelines.

\xc2\xb7 Qualifying telesales database and updating CRM system.

\xc2\xb7 Establishing new telesales accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing telesales call schedules.

\xc2\xb7 Identifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Support Business Area Manager in execution of telesales marketing campaigns, leads generation and pipeline management.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively deliver high quality solutions to suspects, prospects and customers.

\xc2\xb7 Attune to market/competition movements and leverage the information to build market presence

Technical Advisory and Solution Advocate

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for actively driving and growing telesales pipelines.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technology evaluation stage of the telesales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for products.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct effective negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers

Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management

\xc2\xb7 Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare cost estimation with related customer documents.

\xc2\xb7 Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining records of customer communication and telesales activity in our CRM system.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Science preferable in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field from a reputable University

\xc2\xb7 Proven with at least 1-2 years\' experience as telesales or other sales/customer service role

\xc2\xb7 Instrumentation/Laboratory telesales and/or technical experience would be preferred

\xc2\xb7 Able to network across all levels and work well in a fast paced environment

\xc2\xb7 Independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, result oriented and energetic with passion to succeed

\xc2\xb7 Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English

\xc2\xb7 Sound business acumen particularly in identifying potentials and devising solutions to need
