Job Description

• To ensuring the technical integrity of laboratory and new project for both internal and external customers.
• To designing, optimizing and improving the operation of equipment and facilities.
• To advising on process safety issues.
• To monitoring, analyzing and interpreting laboratory and plant data.
• To commissioning new installations.
• To analyze test data and test procedures for continual process improvement.
• Signatory for the company to certify product quality.
• To possesses excellent analytical ability.
• Working knowledge of SPC control, FMEA and other manufacturing tools and methodologies will be advantage.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and LGM compliant requirement.
• To assist the QA Manager in the general administration functions in the laboratory.
• To calculate test data tested by Laboratory Analyst.
• To check test result. If in doubt on the results obtained, to initiate appropriate actions, including calling for repeat testing or reporting to the QA Manager.
• To maintain filling system for test result, reports and Certificates of Analysis.
• To maintain laboratory staff training records such as attendance records etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Any others duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
• To perform duties and obligations with reasonable care and skill and to the best of ability.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and LGM compliant requirement.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
