2.1 Responsible in carrying out sampling of materials and finished products. 2.2 To perform laboratory testing, measurement and inspection of packaging materials, raw materials, bulk mixture and finished products. 2.3 Responsible to conduct internal calibration of measuring and test equipment. 2.4 Responsible in checking data for compliance with test specifications. 2.5 Responsible in assisting all quality related task as assigned. 2.6 In absence of chemist, laboratory technician is responsible in assisting chemist to evaluate batch records for urgent release of finished products. 2.7 Assist in material and finished products inspections such as imported goods, product complaints, product returned, product recalls cts. 2.8 Responsible to conduct in-process checking at production line to ensure compliance 2.9 Any other duties assigned by reporting manager. 3. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 3.1 Minimum of diploma in science field or laboratory courses 3.2 Proficiency in calibrating and maintaining technical laboratory equipment 3.3 The ability to learn and follow specific scientific techniques 3.4 Excellent written and oral communication skills 3.5 Outstanding attention to detail 3.6 Strong time management skills
