Deal Structuring / Strategizing / Negotiations - Outright Sale, Tenancy, Tenancy Renewal, Joint Venture, BTS, Long Lease model, sale and leaseback
Working closely with investors (local and international) or industrial end users to advise and structure on industrial transactions, joint venture, built to suit arrangements, etc.
Assisting in consultancy and structuring of transactions of industrial asset - formulate analysis of client\'s asset, carrying out due-diligence
Seek new client relationship and business development with other industry professionals
Preparation of marketing material and involvement in marketing campaigns, asset inspections and client reporting
Preparation of proposal to respond to RFP and other reports for acquisition or disposal
Managing strictly confidential and market-sensitive information
Liaising with agents, clients and colleagues elsewhere in the business, on a regular basis
Prepare and manage documentation and database to ensure latest up-to-date client\'s information and market data.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate / Property Management
Past experience in real estate or valuation and reasonable familiarity with Malaysia\'s land & industrial market
Technically minded and able to handle complex and challenging projects
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, responsible and good presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
