Job Scope

Daily execution of landscape maintenance or Nursery production work
Monitor and guide landscape workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate work activities according to schedules and instructions from supervisors.
Report any issues, irregularities, or performance concerns related to outsourced teams to the Landscape Supervisor.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition; report damages or losses promptly.
Ensure that all gardening work complies with company policies, environmental practices, and workplace safety regulations.
Perform basic hands-on gardening work when needed to support the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior working experience in related fields (Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture or Nursery background preferably)
Experience in Foreign worker's management.
Basic knowledge of handling plants, gardening tools and equipment.
Able to understand, follow work instructions and execute.
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
