Job Responsibilities

To implement, checking any setting out and leveling for softscape and landscape work properly. To achieve and maintain schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities on site and resolving any problem, technical issues or discrepancies in targeted period for site issue. Coordination with Client, Consultants, Clerk-of-Works or Subcontractors for any claim or on any matters especially inspection & site issue. On site arrangement, supervision of the site implementation. To sourcing and readiness material/equipment before commence work as per schedule. Recording of daily activities and preparing daily report/site diary and progress photo. To ensure all works avoiding from material wastage at all time. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and safety purpose. To update manpower attendance, materials, machines/equipment required for site a head before work start. To guide and train workers to perform well in necessary skills such as maintenance work, artificial turf installation, operating the machines, tree cutting and trimming, planting and related task as given. To adequate and increase skill/knowledge level in plants, pest control, fertilizing, operating machine and various skill to assist workers. To review and checking on work done, rectification work and reporting to superior daily. To measure work done on site and sketch and pass to QS for claiming purposes. Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement

Certificate/Diploma/Degree level in any field Certificate/Diploma/Degree level in Landscape Management & Architecture Preferably 5 years of experience in Landscape Management & Architecture Knowledge in Autocad, Microsoft Office. Experience in Landscape Executions Process and Supervision skill Planning and organising skill Problem solving skill Able to communicate well with both customers and all levels of workers Analytical and attention to detail Results Oriented

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
