Interpreter \xe2\x80\x93 Mandarin/ Cantonese Speaker Job Summary We are currently looking to hire a \xe2\x80\x9cLanguage Interpreter \xe2\x80\x93 (Mandarin/ Cantonese) for our client who is one of the biggest language services company globally. Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax and grammar for both English and Cantonese/ Mandarin. \xc2\xb7 The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement and General Business. \xc2\xb7 Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and sight translation modes. \xc2\xb7 Perform other task as assigned Customer Support (English & Mandarin) Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Residents of Malaysia (locals only) and we are able to hire candidates who are within the group of 18 \xe2\x80\x93 60 years old. Freshers & Retirees are most welcomed too. \xc2\xb7 Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary. \xc2\xb7 Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice. \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills. . Must be able to converse well in both English, and (Mandarin OR Cantonese) Remuneration package and benefits \xc2\xb7 Annual leave and sick leave, Bonus, KWSP and SOCSO. Medical Insurance Coverage is provided too. \xc2\xb7 Basic salary ranges within RM4960 to RM5280. Additional hours will be compensated accordingly. Active consultants are earning within RM10,000 to RM15,000 per month. \xc2\xb7 Its fully work from \xe2\x80\x9cHome Job\xe2\x80\x9d hence need to ensure that you have a proper work station with strong internet connection at home. \xc2\xb7 Training or nesting period is provided for 4 weeks before going \xe2\x80\x9cLive\xe2\x80\x9d \xc2\xb7 A good career pathway is provided as well which will be explained to you during the interview process. \xc2\xb7 Most importantly you will be able to enjoy good work life balance, guided by strong people person leaders who will help you to grow professionally.
