Team and Role Introduction: As part of the Digital Goods team (Singapore), this role provides excellent exposure to commercial topics and platform operations. You will help drive growth and efficiency in the business by owning key workstreams and executing on key projects within the Digital Goods business. Lazada frequently runs exciting sales campaigns and events that deliver our customers great deals, and help our sellers grow their businesses. In this role youll be an integral part of planning and executing these key campaigns within the Digital Goods business. The Digital Goods business has a dedicated channel which drives to users deals nearby. In this role, youll be supporting the management of the channel and driving traffic towards it through both internal and external channels. Responsibilities:
Campaign planning: Decide on key campaign parameters for system set-up, taking into consideration sales targets and campaign objectives
Campaign operations: Source for deals alongside category teams to ensure strong deal pool for customers during campaigns
Campaign analytics: Performance analysis & monitoring of key sales and traffic metrics on the lead up and on the actual day of the campaign, and make recommendations to steer the actions of the commercial teams
Project management support: Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the organisation on key deliverables
Execution: Own and operate internal tools that help make the campaigns a reality for customers
Channel management: Maintain and optimise category channel to grow traffic and provide users with the best experience
Channel user growth: Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation to explore ways to increase overall channel traffic and drive growth to the business
