L&D Training Specialist (?????????)



Location:

Menara One Sentrum, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary Range:

MYR 4,000 - 6,500 per month

Job Responsibilities



Training Delivery:


Organize and conduct

classroom-style and digital training sessions

covering product knowledge, customer service techniques, compliance, and red-line policies.

Content Development:


Research, design, and expand

training materials

such as videos, manuals, and handbooks tailored for different product lines and operational needs.

Knowledge Base Maintenance:


Assist in

updating and creating Knowledge Base (KB) articles

to ensure agents have access to accurate and up-to-date operational guidance.

Learning Effectiveness:


Monitor trainees' progress, collect feedback, and

continuously enhance training content

for improved learning outcomes.

Practical Application:


Integrate

hands-on case practices

and real-life scenarios into training sessions to reinforce practical understanding.

Operational Familiarity:


Participate in

live case handling periodically

to maintain operational proficiency and ensure training relevance.

Training Administration:


Record training attendance, gather post-training feedback, and

analyze performance metrics

to enhance future programs.

Performance Evaluation:


Assess trainees through

quizzes, roleplay sessions, case studies, and feedback forms

to measure learning outcomes.

Skill Gap Identification:


Identify areas for improvement and recommend

targeted interventions

such as mentoring, simulations, or on-the-job training.

Collaboration:


Work closely with the

mentorship and operations teams

to align training content with organizational objectives and ensure cohesive learning experiences.

Requirements



Experience:



Minimum

4 years

of experience in

training and coaching

, including

at least 2 years

in a corporate training role. Prior experience in

Trust & Safety

,

customer service

, or related operational training is highly preferred.

Education:



Diploma or higher in any relevant field. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

; fluent in

English and Mandarin

(Cantonese proficiency is a plus). Excellent

organizational and project management

abilities. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

, especially

PowerPoint (PPT)

for training material creation.

Compensation Insight
