Overview
Join our newly formed People Services team in Kuala Lumpur as we enhance our Payroll, Employee Life Cycle (ELC), Learning & Development (L&D), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and global HR processes. This role supports the phased transition of HR activities from multiple countries to centralize virtual support at our Kuala Lumpur hub.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Support the L&D Lead/SME in transitioning L&D activities with regional teams.
Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence.
Ensure adherence to local and corporate policies throughout the transition process.
Develop, validate, and maintain comprehensive L&D process documentation.
Partner with HR Innovation and HRMS teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
Identify and drive process improvements by streamlining workflows and eliminating redundancies.
Operations Management
Manage end-to-end transactional L&D processes.
Coordinate all training logistics, including vendor management, government claims, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
Maintain learning request trackers and training calendars to optimize planning and resource allocation.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, enrollment management, completion tracking, and user support.
Prepare monthly and ad hoc training reports and dashboards, analyzing usage trends and learning impact.
Address operational challenges promptly to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as required, and update user guides related to L&D management.
Opportunities

Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Services operations, preferably within L&D or HR Services startups.
Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and process improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
Proficient with HR systems such as Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP, and experienced in using HR ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above (advantageous)
