About the Role Provide day to day SAP functional services covering the following SAP Modules namely Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting), Controlling, Project System and Flexible Real Estate Management for AIA Business Units.

Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned.

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform diagnosis / investigation / troubleshooting.

Perform configuration changes/ fixes or work closely with vendors to resolve incident.

Develop & update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation (i.e. Functional Specification Documentation (FSD)).

Perform configuration / code changes & Unit Test

Prepare test scenarios & acceptance criteria.

Advise on readiness for Regression Test / Production deployment

Prepare & submit Change Deployment Template.

Close ticket upon successful Production deployment OR upon receiving successful-deployment-confirmation from Integration Manager.

Perform BAU activities as per defined in accordance to GA-FIT COE operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which are generally simple to moderate scenarios.

Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency of the end user base and act as a SAP ambassador.

Deliver training to end users and participate in project activities with SAP focus.

May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements.

Experience

Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in regional solution / system support with SAP FICO focus across the APAC region.

At least 1 end to end project implementation experience in FICO

Relevant SAP COE experience and user support track record.

Applied accounting / business knowledge in SAP FICO ECC system.

Knowledge in SAP New General Ledger Accounting with Multiple Ledgers and Multiple Currency / Flexible Real Estate Management

Certifications / licenses

Relevant SAP certification.
