Support health & benefits projects and proposals development, project delivery and account management, sales management, and ensuring the progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
Develop benefits propositions, liaising & negotiating with stakeholders and prepare client solutions & recommendations. This would include (but not limited to) day to day vendor collaboration, building/refining processes and developing marketing/sales materials
Manage an active and healthy sales pipeline that is aligned to revenue target
Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries
Analyze and compare vendor products, services and contracts
Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs
Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and clients regarding data collection and project execution
Claims analysis report writing
The Requirements
Strong EB business development background. Proven experience with high corporate deals closing ratio
Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues; strong client service orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate
Ability to work both independently and on client teams and enjoy a fast-paced environment
Sense of accountability; owning one\xe2\x80\x99s work and taking pride in it
