What\'s the Role BIM Modeler I is the primary technical resource for the South Asia Pacific sales force and A2 PMO / ECC, responsible for actively driving or supporting the different stages of projects projects and account developments. Working in conjunction with sales, business developers, logistic, supply chains, HQ, PMOs, GTM or any other teams. BIM Modeler I is responsible for developing, implementing, supporting solutions and services in mainly Energy [ e.g. Thermal and Nuclear Power, Oil & Gas On-Shore and Off-Shore Plants, Shipbuilding], Industry [e.g. Vehicle, Machinery, Electronics, Data Centers] or civil and building constructional related projects. The BIM Modeler must be able to do drafting & modeling and provide reliable and high quality deliveries to assure complete customer satisfaction. What does the role involve Maintain expert level of drafting and modelling related software such as REVIT, AUTOCAD and INVENTOR, etc. Maintain advanced level of product and application knowledge for all Hilti and Oglaend engineering relevant solutions such as modular support, direct fastening, firestop and cable tray, ladders systems. Provide documentation packages for engineering related application such as models, drawings, bill of materials, installation manuals, specifications, inspection reports etc Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs /RFQs Effectively communicates, understand and convey customer and project requirements. Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases Follow PMO / ECC workflows and guidelines Travel to project sites or customer offices to attend meetings, trainings or provide engineering services. What you need is: Degree in engineering preferably structural / civil engineering / architecture min. 1-3 years of experience Advanced in Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, BIM track and Dynamo is a plus Further modelling software knowledge preferred such as Inventor, I-logic, Vault Experienced with MDS / MEP Advanced in documentation Presentation skills is a plus Fluent in English, all other languages are a plus Structural / civil engineering / architectural background preferred Good understanding of structural model building Good understanding of MEP/FP and Anchors Understanding the correlation between technical and commercial aspects of engineering work and service offering Experience in client interaction Why should you apply We have an excellent mix of people, challenging, and developing you every single day!
