We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Cloud Support Engineer (IaaS)

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud (IaaS & PaaS) to troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve issues. Respond to and resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely manner. Participate in change and incident management processes while coordinating multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to complete managed service support requests. Coordinate with service teams for cloud services and virtualization-related escalations. Ensure overall health, stability, and maintenance of cloud service offerings. Handle customer feedback and inquiries, assisting in data collection and analysis.

Requirements

Malaysian citizen (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Support role (IT help desk/ticket resolution). At least 1 year of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud) in production support or academic projects. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Strong interest in Cloud Computing and related technologies. Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
