Job Description


: Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Management Drive performance of all KAMs within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc. Managed approximately 10 sellers in order to ensure strong relationships with key seller of that category and to gather hands on experience of managing social seller Develop expertise on social media and use of social media for commercial purposes Provide guidance to team members to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning and process improvement Gather key insights from all Social Key Account Managers in order to develop recommendations for future improvement, internal campaigns, and team campaign Ensure correct and timely completion of team member\'s performance report Develop close team relationship with team members as well as boost/maintain team morale Requirements: Fluent Chinese (HSK 5, 6), and excellent written and spoken English skills Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields 5 years\' experience in Business Development would be an advantage People management skills and Have experience taking care of a team Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs Good mentor, leading skills Be able to fit in with fast pace culture Experience in Ecommerce is a plus
