Summary The Lead Commercial Proposals Manager (CM) will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of all activities of the ITO proposal process. The CM will own the preparation of the commercial proposal, review contract documents and negotiate a successful contract award. The CM must operate with the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Your Role Lead the overall proposal development and deliver the commercial strategy. Coordinate with cross functional teams including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, EHS, Quality, Risk, Sourcing, Tax, Field Service for timely delivery of proposal until contract closure. Lead the Risk Process and facilitate deal review. Present the deal risk profile and obtain the necessary approval. Review, amend and negotiate terms and conditions. Accountable for identifying, documenting, and mitigating contractual risk. Support deal closing and conduct the handover process to execution. Document and upload all deal related documents on business tools. Comply with GE policies, work instructions and guidelines on ITO processes. Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college. 5+ years of experience in energy industry related commercial, tendering, engineering, sales, services, contract or project management. Fluent in written and spoken English. Desired Characteristics Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs. Knowledge of commercial aspects and contractual terms and conditions. Knowledge of energy industry related markets, products and services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
