Lead Consultant (erp)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team on the entire life cycle of an ERP implementation, ensuring projects are delivered according to plan.
Have good understanding of and exposure to different business processes from accounting, financial management, inventory management, supply chain, etc.
Experienced in implementing ERP projects for oil and gas, manufacturing, trading and distribution industries would be preferred.
Conduct business requirement workshops with client key users and ensure team members are aligned with the deliverables.
Analyze client's current business processes and identify gaps with standard system functionality.
Translate business requirements into ERP system configurations and workflows.
Ensure system setup, configuration, and customizations meets client's business requirements.
Manage the execution of data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation activities.
Manage internal testing, process walk-throughs, user acceptance testing and system go-live processes.
Develop and manage user training plan, including preparation of training scripts and workshops.
Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment between client and project team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 and above, of experience in ERP implementation (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft D365, or similar).
Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP projects.
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, and/or Sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English (any Chinese dialects would be an added advantage).
Expertise in any one of these fields: finance, accounting, and/or financial auditing would be an added advantage.
Able to start immediately would be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,549.45 - RM15,000.00 per month
