Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for innovating and piloting new AI/ML technologies, along with strengthening and widening the organizations data-driven decision-making process among various other responsibilities- Driving innovation, piloting new technologies for AI/ML model development, adopting cloud technologies, and leveraging BI tools in shaping future of data analytic within the organization, supporting data-driven decision-making
- Strengthen the organizations fact-based driven decision-making culture through preparation of data sets for timely generation of related report generations, analytics and insights.
- Responsible for developing, expanding & optimizing data and data pipeline architecture and data flow, data source identification, data collection and federation for and from cross functional sources.
- Building machine learning models involving machine learning algorithms to develop models that can be used to make predictions, anomaly detections, clustering, data type classifications and making these models available to stakeholders for their usage and decision making.
- Enabling advance analytics through the adoption of industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead, manage & groom a team of data scientist on value creation effortsA well remunerated position with strong growth potential|Be a part of a dynamic team with exposure to large scale projects- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (> 5 years) in data engineering roles
- Extensive experience in the complete modelling lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continual monitoring and maintenance.
- Proficient in Python, R Hadoop 7 Teradata or other statistical and scientific packages
